I designed this style guide to unify Chime’s agent- and customer-facing content under a single, scalable system. The left shows my original draft, detailing proposed standards for tone, terminology, and content structure. The right shows the finalized version, formally adopted as Chime’s official content style guide and fully integrated into Jira workflows.

This guide created a shared content foundation across teams, strengthened accessibility standards, and served as the baseline for scaling multilingual content. Moving from individually interpreted content to a systematically governed framework enabled consistency, efficiency, and clarity at scale.
