During a Cash App Hack Week, I pitched and prototyped the company’s first Spanish-language support program. My project proposal (left) outlined the need, customer impact, and a framework for delivery.

I also built a raw data spreadsheet (right) to track volumes, pain points, and translation workflows. This project became the blueprint for Cash App’s official Spanish support program, giving millions of Spanish-speaking customers access to financial freedom.
