At Chime, I identified that our content team was spending excessive time on repetitive authoring tasks and manual formatting. To address this, I designed and launched an internal AI-powered authoring and data analysis tool that streamlined workflows and eliminated production bottlenecks.

The tool allowed content creators to draft structured, compliant support articles in half the time, while improving consistency across platforms. While the backend details remain proprietary, this screenshot shows the tool’s opening screen, the entry point to a system that fundamentally transformed how our team worked.
